We are working with over 120 Bed & Breakfast between Dover and Land's End and over the years some of our B&B partners retired or sold their house. They enjoyed working with us and we would like to share with the references they gave us.

We had the privilege and good fortune to know and look after Susanne and the London Bed Breakfast clients (based in Germany) for about five years 2005 to 2010. Our guest house 'jamies' was one of the few 5 star guest houses in the St Ives area and only one of two with the coveted Alastair Sawday's 'Special Places to Stay' award and included in Sawday's book in Cornwall,. U.K.

Susanne and her colleagues were a joy to work with and extremely profitable for 'Jamies'. All payments and deposits were most promptly received prior to her client's arrival.
Attention to detail was excellent and Susanne and her colleagues would come and see us every year to inspect our bed and breakfast house and garden along with other establishments. She was always striving to improve her service and find new and special places for her clients to stay. We enjoyed welcoming her charming guests into our house and over the years our client base from her built up to about 60% of our business with mostly longer than typical stays from 3 nights to many staying for up to two weeks. We could not recommend her more highly as an agent., and wish her the very best for the future. We were so confident with Susanne's integrity that we gave her and her husband Jamies to look after for two weeks when we went away for a holiday and would not hesitate to do this again. We would consider Susanne a friend. The only reason we are no longer working together is that we have now sold 'jamies' and at the moment have no further plans to purchase another bed and breakfast establishment.

This year (2008) we have just retired from doing Bed and Breakfast but we have been most impressed with the London Bed and Breakfast Agency. We had been providing B& B for 25 years and have had lots of experience with dealing with various specialist agencies.

We have run a very successful B&B for 10 years and a large number of our guests are from German-speaking countries. Since 2007 many of these have found our details on the London Bed & Breakfast Agency website which is run by Susanne Weichselberger and her team. We have been impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of this small organisation who work very hard to make the UK holidays of its clients as enjoyable and carefree as possible. We are always paid in advance by Susanne, on behalf of her clients, by bank transfer, which is a definite plus point. Almost without exception, we have liked Susanne's guests who have stayed with us, most of whom - including the children - speak good English. We wish Susanne and her team continuing success in providing such a high level of service.
